Policies

Here are a few things you should know when buying furniture from Fecera’s:

Special orders take approximately 4 to 32 weeks depending on Manufacturer.

Production at the factory starts within 24-48 hours thus cancellations will only be accepted within 48 hours.  If an order cannot be canceled and the customer does not accept the merchandise or the merchandise does not fit, there is a 25% restocking fee that will be charged.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide applicable measurements.

Our delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Your salesperson or our office personnel will inform you as to which days we deliver to your area. Each delivery will require a delivery charge. You will be called within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse. Our lay-a-way policy is 90 days from the date of purchase (or date of sale) with a 25% deposit. After 90 days, you will be charged a 2% lay-a-way charge per month. Our office will give you a courtesy call the night before your delivery with a 2 hour time window. If you find it necessary to cancel a scheduled delivery, we will need a 48 hour notice to change your delivery day or you will be subject to a handling charge of $50.00. When our delivery men arrive at your home, please be sure the area is clear and ready to receive new furniture. For insurance purposes, our delivery men cannot move furniture already in your home or attach stereo components, TV’s, computers, or anything electronic/electrical. We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover on final delivery. No checks will be accepted for final payment on delivery.  By paying a balance with your credit card, you understand that all policies remain in effect.  By signing this, you understand and give permission to Fecera's to charge your credit card under the terms and conditions.

Returns on stock merchandise (items in stock ready for delivery, excludes items that have to be ordered) must be returned within 7 days to our warehouse and are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus a pick up fee to bring the items back. Delivery fees are not refundable.  If you return furniture, you will receive credit for the return of the merchandise and tax only, less any fees that are deducted.   We have the right to charge another delivery to come out and remove the product from your home and fees will be deducted from your credit.

If furniture must be hoisted, there will be an additional charge.

Lay-a-way, holding, and handling fees will not be credited.  If a return of money is approved, the refund will be issued via company check and they are done on Thursday's.

Clearance, close-out merchandise, all accessories and lamps is sold “as is”. No service, no warranty and no returns on any of these items.

All nicks, scratches, tears in upholstery, leather, or wood, etc. must be reported in 5 days to be covered under the warranty. Fecera’s reserves the right to make repairs to furniture either in the customer’s home or at the warehouse.   Once  a mattress is left in the home, it cannot be returned unless the mattress you selected has a "sleep trial return" available.  

All customer pick-ups are at Fecera’s Warehouse, 3030 Kutztown Road, Laureldale PA 19605. Pick up hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 12pm and 12:30 to 4pm. Saturday 8am to 10am. No pick-ups on Sunday’s. The warehouse requires a 24 hour notice for pick-ups.
