Q: Does Fecera’s have a return policy?


A: Yes, we have a 5 day in home satisfaction policy. If a customer doesn’t like the stock merchandise, they may return it within 5 days for a store credit.


Q: Does Fecera’s delivery provide set up of furniture?


A: Yes, upon delivery we will set up your merchandise, remove all packing material, and offer a 1 year - in home service warranty that protects against manufacturer defects.


Q: Does Fecera’s have a price protection policy?


A: Yes, if a customer finds the same item advertised at a local competitor for less, we will match the price and refund the customer the difference.


Q: Does Fecera’s give a delivery time window?


A: yes, we will give a 2 hour time window the night before your delivery and if our guys don’t make the time window, your delivery is free.
